The small village of Porto Bom, in the parish of Boivães, Municipality of Ponte da Barca is a rural area where we can find many terraces and water courses. In the entrance of the village there is a stone cross with a sphere and a cross on the top. At the bottom of a narrow street there is the Chappel of Santo António all made in granite. Going up the stairs of bell tower there is a breathtaking scenery over the mountains. Agriculture, grazing activity and livestock are the main sources of income to the inhabitants of Porto Bom.
