In “Quinta dos Fajões” there is the “Casa da Lavandeira” (Lavandeira’s House), which is located a few kilometres from Oliveira de Azeméis. It is a manor house which became the ecclesiastic residence during the XIX century. In this period it was built a chapel in the main house, where even today it is practised the worship of “Nossa Senhora da Saúde” and "S. Cristovão".
Belonging to the same family since its construction, it has been reconstructed and rebuilt, with the purpose of holding events such as weddings, communions, baptisms, family and business meetings, having all the conditions for parties, where quality, well-being and joy are always present, making them unforgettable. It has on the upper floor two sitting rooms, one recently built with capacity for about 300 people.
The second space maintains the original plan, with classic furniture and with capacity for about 120 people. On the lower floor it has still a rustic sitting room with capacity around 100 people. It is surrounded by a beautiful and large outside area with gardens and green spaces where you can make wonderful records for your party. It also has a private car park for about 70 cars.
