The Tourism Interactive Store is part of a joint project between the Porto and North of Portugal Regional Tourism Authority and the Municipalities that are part of this region.
This equipment is a privileged showcase of the touristic and handicraft offer of the Municipality, using new technologies to get the information much more accessible to visitors and tourists.
Vila do Conde, with the creation of the Tourism Interactive Store, is now part of the first world tourist destination connected network, as the info will accessible in all the other stores that are part of the project. 65 stores still to be implemented and the relationship between Municipalities will potentiate tourism as a business and as the main driven force f the local and regional economy.
